Aside from the Stadia, Google had a few more things to feature at their GDC booth. Two of these things were Pac-man games incorporating Mixed-reality technology and Google maps.

The first game was Pac-In-Town, a variation of an attraction at Namco Namja Town where visitors could play Pac-man in a real-life maze by wearing the Microsoft Hololens. The version at GDC was much more smaller in scale however, and had players moving their phones around to eat virtual pellets “suspended” in the air. The other game featured was Pac-Man Geo. Unlike the previous game, this one plays a lot more like classic Pac-man. The game generates mazes using Google maps, which you must then navigate to collect pellets while avoiding ghosts. It actually looks pretty neat! Check out some gameplay shared by 4gamer below:

While Pac-In-Town is developed by Bandai-Namco, Pac-Man Geo seems to be a licensed product by Google. So far, there has been no word whether either of these games will be officially released to the public. We’ll bring more news as it comes.
