Pokemon Masters Receives New Details For Trial Captain Acerola
The Pokemon Masters Twitter account has updated with a new profile for a Trial Captain (and Elite Four member) that will be featured in the game at launch.
This time, the featured trainer is Acerola, the Ghost-Type Trial Captain and Elite Four member from the Alola Region. Her default sync partner is Palossand, the Ghost/Ground type Sand Castle Pokemon.
Notably, Acerola & Palossand are currently not available in the demo version of Pokemon Masters. The fact that they have received their own Twitter post could suggest that this pair will be among the first to be added to the game when it launches worldwide later this year.
Introducing sync pair: Acerola & Palossand!
📝 Rumored to be a descendant from an ancient Alolan dynasty, Acerola is a Ghost-type Pokémon user who serves as one of the Alola region’s Elite Four.
She’s mysterious in her own way and also quite charming! ✨#PokemonMasters pic.twitter.com/hwHo8fIVjd

Aside from Acerola, the official Twitter account also updated with a new post showing off the render for Cheren, the Normal-Type Gym Leader from the Unova Region, accompanied by his partner Stoutland.
Like Acerola, Cheren & Stoutland are currently not available in the demo version, and may be among the first to be added when the game eventually releases worldwide.
#PokemonMasters lets you assemble teams you've never seen before!
How do you think Rosa, Hilda, and Cheren would work together?
I wonder if Rosa would start to get on Cheren's nerves. 🤔 pic.twitter.com/FcmvJGCgnc
