It looks like Astral Chain is turning out to be one of PlatinumGames’ biggest pay-offs ever.

The studio recently tweeted out a heartfelt thanks to its fans for making the game ‘such a success’. This probably comes as no surprise, especially since the action hack-and-slash title has been selling gangbusters and getting superb reviews across the board.

To celebrate this, one of the company’s artists Hajime Kimura has released new artwork – which features the game’s main cast. Check it out below.
