Detective Pikachu Rated For North American Release, Release May Be Imminent
With the flood of Detective Pikachu Movie news, many may have forgotten that Detective Pikachu was initially a 3DS game. The game was released back in Japan in early 2016, but now 2018 is imminent already and not much has been said about a Western localisation.
However, if you are still clinging onto hope for a game localisation in the West though, I think you will like to know that Detective Pikachu has been rated in the United States. In a tweet by @Marcus_Sellars, the game is also slated to be released sometime in 2018.

Who knows, maybe Nintendo will be making an announcement soon for the Western release of Detective Pikachu. However, until then, I’ll not hold my breath just yet.
