Nintendo America Says Players Who Purchased The Wrong Pokemon Sword/Shield Expansion Pass Can Contact Customer Support
Ever since the Pokemon Sword And Shield Expansion Pass was announced, Nintendo has reminding players not to buy the wrong version of the Expansion Pass. For example, Pokemon Sword owners should purchase the Sword Expansion Pass, and Pokemon Shield owners should purchase the Shield Expansion Pass.
Even so, there still appear to be quite a few players getting confused and purchasing the wrong pass, leaving them unable to access the content. Luckily, it seems that Nintendo Of America has taken notice of this, and has been instructing such players to contact customer support if they purchase the wrong pass.
When purchasing the Pokémon Sword Expansion Pass or Pokémon Shield Expansion Pass, please ensure you select the one that corresponds with the version of the game you own. If you mistakenly purchased the incorrect pass, please contact customer support. https://t.co/nPmIXrIe59
