Rumor: Nintendo Privates Switch Videos, Sparking More Switch Pro Speculation
For the longest time, fans and industry analysts alike have been speculating about a “Switch Pro”, an updated model of the Switch boasting much more power and graphical capabilities than the original, distinct from the only slightly higher end OLED model.
Now, a recent move by Nintendo has caused speculation to flare up even further. As shared by Famiboards users LukasManak22 and Meelow, the Nintendo of America Youtube Channel has privated its trailers for the Switch OLED and Switch Lite. This move has drawn attention because back when the Switch OLED was about to be revealed, Nintendo also privated the trailer for the Switch Lite, which has led to speculation that this most recent privatization is in preparation to announce another new model of Switch.
The Nintendo Switch OLED announcement trailer was privated off of Nintendo's YouTube channel. This last happened with the Switch Lite a few days before Switch OLED's announcement. This could mean the rumored Switch Pro announcement is immanent. pic.twitter.com/FyVyXZtPWP

Alongside this, some fans have drawn a connection with a recent trademark Nintendo filed for the term “NSW” in Europe, believing that this term has something to do with the new model, although others believe it is merely housekeeping to prevent the term from being misused by pirates.
If the announcement of a new Switch model is indeed being planned, it could perhaps explain why Nintendo did not hold a major first-party presentation for June 2022, although this is all just more speculation. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
