Unannounced New Pokemon Seemingly Leaked By Pokemon GO Datamine
Niantic recently put out a new update for Pokemon GO, which might have accidentally leaked a brand new Pokemon.
Pokemon GO dataminers have discovered a model and other assets for a mysterious new creature, which has so far not been officially revealed by The Pokemon Company. You can find out more details after the spoiler warning below:
As shared by dataminers such as @poke_miners and @ElChicoEevee, this new creature was added to Pokemon GO under the asset name “pm1080” and is a grey humanoid with what appears to be a coin on its back. Notably, it closely resembles a Pokemon seen briefly in the background of one of the trailers.
A brand new Pokémon?
A new Pokémon has been added with a file named "pmMystery" inside the file is it referred to as pm1080 so Pokémon Number 1080. Only 3D assets were added, no 2D yet to see.
