Capcom has announced that a permanent price drop for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings Of Ruin.

Switch owners can now pick up the latest installment in the Monster Hunter Stories series for $39.99 USD via the eshop and physical release, with the deluxe edition dropped to $49.99 USD. As a reminder, a demo for the game is also available, with progress transferring over to the full version of the game.
