Super Mario Bros. Wonder Places 2nd On UK Boxed Charts, Third Biggest Series Launch For The Region
The GFK has published their list of bestselling games in the UK for the week ending in October 21st, giving us our first sales data for Super Mario Bros. Wonder.
According to GFK’s data, Super Mario Bros. Wonder placed 2nd on the week’s boxed charts, just behind Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. It is also the biggest launch for a “2D” Mario game in the region, and third biggest launch for a Mario game in general, behind Super Mario Odyssey and Super Mario 3D All-Stars. It is also the fifth biggest boxed game launch of the year.
