The Pokemon Company has announced a new book project for fans.

The book is titled the “Pokemon Ecology Encyclopedia” and is a picture book detailing speculative ecology of over 1000 Wild Pokemon. It is written by Yoshinari Yonehara with art by Kinoshita Chihiro, both of whom are researchers at the Graduate School of Agriculture and Life Sciences at the University of Tokyo. The book will release on June 18th 2025 for Japan.
