Super Mario Bros. Movie Nominated For Three Golden Globe Awards
The nominations for the upcoming Golden Globe awards have been announced, revealing that the Super Mario Bros. Movie has been nominated for a couple of awards.
The film is up for a total of three different awards: Best Motion Picture – Animated, Cinematic and Box Office Achievement, and Best Original Song – Motion Picture for the song Peaches by Bowser’s voice actor Jack Black. The plumbers are up against some strong competition in all three categories, including the highly acclaimed Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse as well as heavy hitters Barbie and Oppenheimer.
