Nintendo has announced its plans to officially release the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 in Indonesia.

The plans were detailed during a Nintendo Business conference in Indonesia, revealing that the hybrid consoles will be officially available in the country from December 2026 onwards. Salim Group will be Nintendo’s official distribution partner there.

As part of the launch, Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu will be given away for free with every Switch 1 and Switch 2 purchase for a limited time. The Let’s Go Pikachu Switch 1 bundle will also be sold at limited quantities. The following other games are confirmed to be available at the system’s launch:

• Mario Kart World
• The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
• Nintendo Switch Sports
• All mainline Switch Pokemon games from Let’s Go to Z-A

Upcoming titles such as Pokemon Winds/Waves, as well as The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake will also release in Indonesia the same day as other countries.
