After a long wait, publisher Aniplex and developers Meteorise and TYPE-MOON have announced the release date for Fate/EXTRA Record.

The remake of Fate/EXTRA will release on January 28th 2027 for Switch, Switch 2, PC, and other platforms. Physical releases will also be available for both the Switch and Switch 2 versions:

    • A copy of the game
    • Three-disc original soundtrack and SteelBook case – Along with Terui Yoshimasa and Haga Keita’s tracks from the base game, also included are arranged tracks from the original Fate/EXTRA, 75 tracks in total! This three-disc set will come packaged in a special SteelBook case.
      • Disc 1: YOSHIMASA TERUI Sounds
      • Disc 2: KEITA HAGA Sounds
      • Disc 3: Original Game Arranged Sounds
    • Material / Art and Concept Book – This comprehensive art book includes elaborate visuals for characters, colorful dungeon illustrations and notes from the creators! (As the art book includes significant spoilers for the game, we highly recommend waiting until after completing the game to read it.)

  • Includes:
    • A copy of the game
    • Fate/EXTRA Arranged Background Music Pack – Use the phonograph in My Room to play arranged music from the original Fate/EXTRA.
