Kingdom Hearts Cafe Opens In Osaka
This Saturday, the official Square-Enix Cafe opened its doors in Osaka, Japan.
Similar to the Capcom Cafe, the Square-Enix Cafe features a different theme at different times of the year. The first theme is the Kingdom Hearts theme, which begins on October 14 and ends on November 10, 2017.
In the mean time, let’s take a look at how the cafe looks like. A statue of Kingdom Hearts protagonist Sora welcomes visitors outside the cafe.
Kingdom Hearts artwork in golden frames can be found all around the cafe.
Here’s a look at the Kingdom Heart merchandise fans can purchase at the cafe.
During the Kingdom Hearts campaign, customers who order food and drinks will receive a special Kingdom Hearts themed coaster and luncheon mat that couldn’t be obtained at Square-Enix Cafe Tokyo and elsewhere.
Now it’s time for the star of the show – the food!
First up we have “The Promised Sandwich”, a sandwich shaped like a star.
Up next is “Sun Set Red Omurice”, which pretty much looks like a sunset.
Ever wondered how noodles taste like in the Unvisited Beach? There you have it – “Noodles from the Unvisited Beach”, aka chow mein, fried egg, and a slice of watermelon.
“The Dragon Witch’s Soup” is essentially minestrone soup with lots of herbs. Served with garlic bread.
“The Round Table that Never Was” is a funny way to sell salad!
To end off your meal, how about a “Sea Salt Popsicle”?
Finally we have a look at the drinks. From left to right – Dark Sea (Cola with blueberry syrup), Destiny Sea (Coconut with Blue Curucao), Princess Lagoon (Kiwi, Calpis, Blue Curucao), and Twilight Promise (Cola, Blood Orange, Dry Gin)
