Japan Wonders What Sort Of System Nintendo Switch Has Become
A photo of the Nintendo Switch has recently went viral on Twitter in Japan.
The photo, posted by Twitter user @44I6, shows the Nintendo Switch attached with two Famicom Switch controllers. The console is running SEGA Ages: Out Run and is connected to some sort of dongle. The GameCube controller and GameCube Controller Adapter could also be found below the Switch.

The photo is captioned with the words “What kind of hardware is this?” This has prompted many users to think about what has the Switch really become, given that it supports many old Nintendo controllers and runs many retro games that weren’t released on old Nintendo hardware.
Reactions include “at least it’s not a Sony system”, “Family Computer Switch”, “there’s no doubt its a SEGA system since Out Run is running on it”, and “we have confirmed it’s not Sony hardware”.
