AI: The Somnium Files Gets Really Weird With New Weekly Vlogs By Main Character Tesa

It looks like Kotaro Uchikoshi is preparing to dive into some truly surreal stuff in his latest game, AI: The Somnium Files.

Spike Chunsoft is now releasing weekly vlogs on a fictional YouTube channel – run by one of the game’s characters, Tesa. Last week, things were relatively par for the course, with Tesa teasing one of the game’s settings and some of its inhabitants.

Things did not stay sensible for long, however. This week, Tesa started exploring a dream world through some impossible technology – and really lets herself go. We can already see signs of Uchikoshi’s strange imagination sneaking out here, with eerie panda statues and giant balloons popping out of nowhere! Check it out below.

AI:The Somnium Files will be heading to Nintendo Switch on 25 July 2019. Until then, we’ll be reporting back weekly on these strange teaser videos for the game.
