The NES Classic Edition was a hot selling plug-and-play system which saw demand soaring to unimaginable heights. Despite the high demand, Nintendo decided to discontinue the product back in April this year.
We all thought that’s the end of the NES Classic Edition, but Amazon has proved us wrong. As part of the Amazon Treasure Truck program, today Amazon is offering the highly coveted NES Classic Edition at its original retail price of USD59.99.
Customers can order a NES Classic through the Amazon app, and schedule a pick up at the nearest Treasure Truck. The Treasure Truck will be making its way to Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Los Angeles.
Keeping a stash of NES Classic Editions for the Amazon Treasure Truck is a brilliant marketing strategy!
