During the Animal Crossing: New Horizons direct, Nintendo announced the release date for the next free update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

The Version 2.0 update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons launches on November 5th 2021, and will be the last major free update for the game. It will add a number of new features to the game, including Brewster’s cafe, Kappn’s mysterious island tours, Harv’s Plaza, Gyroids, and much more.
