For the first time in Pokemon history, Pikachu spoke in English in the latest movie called Pokemon the Movie: I Choose You!
During a segment of the movie, Ash asked Pikachu why he didn’t want to be in a Poke Ball, for which Pikachu responded “I always want to be with you” in his high pitch voice.
The scene, which is thought to be Ash’s hallucination, has made many watching the movie highly uncomfortable as most Pokemon do not have the ability to converse in human languages, with the exception of Team Rocket’s Meowth.
Check out the scene for yourself below.

Mind blown !
Meowth isn't the only Pokémon that speaks human, but I get your point.... Ash's Pikachu DOES NOT talk. I have no idea what the logic is. however if it is actually a hallucination it bothers me far less and I've heard of crazier things being hallucinated about ??
