The Japan Independent Games Aggregate has announced a new Bitsummit digital event for June 27-28 in Japan.
Dubbed “Bitsummit Gaiden”, this online event is meant to replace the original Bitsummit 2020 event which was cancelled due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation. The new event will be livestreamed through Bitsummit’s Twitch Channels, and will include the following features:
- The ability to chat with developers through the BitSummit Discord
- The establishment of a “virtual show floor”
- Influencer live streaming
- Play demos of games curated by the BitSummit Committee
More details about the Bitsummit Gaiden, including featured demos and guests, will be shared at a later date.
