Publisher Team17 and developer The Game Kitchen have shared a major update about their gothic horror game Blasphemous.

Firstly, the game will be receiving its final major update on December 9th 2021. This update will add a brand new chapter called “Wounds Of The Evertide” which will be the concluding chapter to Blasphemous’ story. Secondly, the team has confirmed that Blasphemous II is in the works, planned for release in 2023. At the time of this writing, no specific platforms for the sequel have been announced.
