Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night Players Can Now Unlock A Hidden 1986 Mode With The Konami Code

Already bored with the latest “Classic Mode” update in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night? Well, an even more grueling challenge has actually been hiding in the update all this while, and anyone can access it with a familiar-looking password.

As outlined below, typing out a variation of the Konami code (↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ ← → ← → Y A) while on the “Classic Mode” screen will allow players to select a new “1986 Mode” instead! In 1986 Mode, players have even more limitations similar to early Castlevania games – such as being unable to jump onto stairs, being unable to perform backflips, and more!

What do you think? Will you be testing this new 1986 Mode? Feel free to share with us below!
