The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild just wrapped up with their latest DLC Pack 2 but already the Zelda team are working on the next instalment.
Riding on the wave is none other than Breath of the Wild’s director Hidemaro Fujibayashi. Speaking to IGN, Fujibayashi said that he
“I can’t say at this point if it will be in sequels or in continuations, or what form it will take, but I definitely have lots of ideas and lots of motivation right now,” Fujibayashi told IGN.
Fujibayashi even said that he had learnt a lot during the development progress, as well as, from the fan feedback.
“I think while we were working on both the main game and the DLC, it was a process of constantly getting lots of different, new ideas as we refined the game, and finding new things we wanted to do,” he added. “Even in situations like this, talking to people and finding out that people want to pet dogs gives me a lot of motivation, a lot of ideas for things we could put into the game.”
Overall, it is good that the team is feeling motivate, especially after winning Game Award’s Game of the Year. As long as they continue what they are doing, they’re bound to do right to the franchise. You can read the full article from IGN here, which also contain remarks from produce Eiji Aonuma.
