The Pokemon Company has announced a special nationwide campaign for Pokemon Sword and Shield in Japan.

Starting from September 20, 2019, customers who purchase a Nintendo Switch console or Nintendo Switch Lite at a Japanese retailer will receive a Pokemon Sword and Shield Clear File for free. While stocks last.
