Call Of Juarez: Gunslinger Switch Physical Package Listed, But Will Only Contain A Download Code

Hoping that Call of Juarez: Gunslinger for Switch will get a swanky physical release? Well, you should probably level your expectations.

Square Enix has recently listed a physical retail version of the game on its webstore and Amazon – although it doesn’t actually contain a game cartridge at all! Indeed, the game cover (seen above) explicitly states that the package only contains an eShop download code. It’s a little disappointing for some collectors, to say the least.

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger will be hitting the eShop on 10 December 2019. If you still want to add this pseudo-physical release to your shelf, you can pre-order it here (ships worldwide).
