During GameStart 2017, the developers of Cat Quest, The Gentlebros, revealed more information about the Switch version of the game.
According to Reddit user foliathr who spoke to the developers, Cat Quest is currently pending approval from Nintendo and if all goes well it should launch in November 2017 for USD12.99.
HD Rumble functionality may be added to the game in a future update, but nothing is confirmed yet. A new game mode will be coming in a future update. The game will be published in Japan by Flyhigh Works, who brought other titles such as Human Resource Machine and SteamWorld Dig 2 to the Japanese market.
