Nicalis has wrapped up work on Cave Story+’s 2 player co-op mode, which will be added to the game as a free update in the near future.
Final tests are now in progress. Once it’s done the patch will be submitted to Nintendo for approval. If all goes well, it’ll be ready this summer.
