The Pokemon Masters Twitter account has updated with another preview video for the game, showing off how Sync Pairs are recruited in the story.
The video showcases a cutscene for one of the Sync Pairs players recruit automatically in the story: Rosa & Snivy. As those playing the preview version of the game have discovered, this pair is but the first of many Sync Pairs that can be obtained for free just by playing through story mode.
Below you will find the Rosa & Snivy’s cutscene, as well as a list of all the story mode Sync Pairs that have been discovered so far. Be warned however that this could be considered spoilers for the game.
- Brock & Onix
- Misty & Starmie
- Rosa & Snivy
- Barry & Piplup
- Flannery & Torkoal
- Erika & Vileplume
- Skyla & Swanna
- Korrina & Lucario
- Norman & Slakoth
- Pryce & Seel
- Iris & Haxorus
- Hapu & Mudsdale
- Brock & Tyranitar (Sygna Gear)
- Hau & Alolan Raichu
- Flint & Infernape
- Clair & Kingdra
This is of course not a full list of currently available Sync Pairs in the game, which you can find here if you’re interested. With more story chapters being planned further down the line, it is likely that there will be even more free Sync Pairs to be recruited in the future. Hopefully one of those pairs is your favorite!
Pokemon Masters is scheduled to launch sometime in Summer 2019. A preview of the game is now live for Android devices in Singapore, with plans for it to hit Canada sometime later.
