Nintendo has uploaded the Finals of its recent Super Mario Maker 2 Invitational event at E3. Namely, it was a match-up between YouTubers Abdallah (AbdallahSmash026) and Jirad Khalil (The Completionist). Both had to race through a devious ice-themed map that featured annoying icicles, and culminated in a grueling battle with Bowser!

Overall, the invitational gave us an exciting look at the possibilities in Super Mario Maker 2! Switch owners can look forward to punishing themselves when the game finally launches worldwide on 28 June 2019.
