MAGES., the famous visual novel and Steins;Gate developer in Japan, has been fully acquired by Colopl.

The acquisition involves 100% of MAGES.’s shares. MAGES. is now effectively a subsidiary of Colopl. Colopl wrote in a statement that the acquisition of MAGES. will boost its IP (intellectual property) portfolio and offer new gameplay experiences to consumers.
