Couple Ties The Knot 2 Years After Meeting Each Other Through Pokemon GO

We have a piece of heartwarming news coming from Japan on how a couple met each other through Pokemon GO and tied the knot this week.

On August 27, 2016, a time where everyone was crazy about Pokemon GO, Pokemon trainer Shibu met Riri at Odaiba while trying to catch Lapras. Throughout the years, the two have become closer thanks to their mutual interest in Pokemon and decided to formally tie the knot on August 27 this year.

Shibu thanked Pokemon GO for tremendously changing his life and ultimately helping him to meet his other half. CBelow you’ll find pictures of the Lapras Shibu caught on August 27, 2017, as well as other Pokemon Center wedding gifts from Riri and fellow Pokemon trainers.

Certainly a great story, don’t you think? Let us know in the comments below.
