Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy’s eShop listing has went live on Nintendo Switch today, following Activision’s announcement the game’s release date has been brought forward to June 29.
According to the listing, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy requires 5.2GB of memory space on Nintendo Switch. The PS4 version, which launched last year, takes up roughly 20GB of space. That means Activision has successfully shrunk Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy’s file size by 4 times on Switch.
This isn’t the first time a game has dramatically reduced in file size after it’s ported to Nintendo Switch. Other examples include the two Bayonetta games and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze.
