Although Deltarune Chapter 5 was just released earlier this week, many fans are eagerly anticipating when the next installment in the game will drop.

Thankfully, the developers have given us a rough estimate of when we can expect Chapter 6. In the game’s Steam FAQ, the developers say they are targeting a 2027 release for Chapter 6. Notably, there is no mention of Chapter 7, possibly suggesting that it is not planned to drop at the same time as Chapter 6 at this time.

• Is Chapter 5 the last chapter?

Nope! The story is still continuing, and more Chapters will be added for free over time.

• Then when’s Chapter 6?

We are aiming for a 2027 release! Meanwhile, we will be periodically releasing information on the development progress of the game.

As with previous chapters, the dev team will be updating fans regularly on development progress. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
