Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced it’s going to distribute a bunch of Disney Tsum Tsum Festival balloons at Tokyo Game Show 2019.

These balloons will be distributed from September 12 to September 15, 2019 on a first-come-first-served basis. Here is how they look like:
