Nintendo’s Hong Kong subsidiary has went all out to promote Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze with posters and advertisements in the city’s metro lines.
The advertisements can be found behind the seats, on the train’s doors, and above commuters. What makes things more interesting is Nintendo using the game’s Japanese branding in Hong Kong, as more residents know English than Japanese. Keep in mind the game wasn’t localized for the Chinese market.
