AS many Dr. Mario World fans will know, the mobile game has played hosts to many unexpected ‘Doctor’ variants of familiar characters in Mario’s universe. We’ve already seen the bizarre additions of Dr. Baby Peach plus Dr. Goomba Tower in the past – and now another bratty infant will be joining the medical fray!

The official Dr. Mario World account has revealed that Dr. Baby Wario will join the game as part of an upcoming June 26 update. As you can see below, the young version of Wario will be suiting up to fight viruses too!

Interestingly enough, this marks Baby Wario’s first re-appearance ever since he debuted in Yoshi’s Island DS (2006). Talk about an addition from out of left field!
