Some unfortunate news for anyone looking forward to trying out the free-to-play version of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.
Although originally scheduled to launch for Switch August 7th, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Lite has been delayed. This free-to-play version of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 was planned to contain ” the first 5 episodes of the Story Mode, Online Matches, and all contents of the Hero Colosseum. ” with player progress able to be transferred over to the full version.
Currently, it is not clear why Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Lite was delayed, and there has been no new release date given. We will monitor the story and bring more news as it comes.
