Publisher 505 Games and developers Rabbit & Bear Studios and Natsume Atari have announced they will be bringing Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising to Switch in Spring 2022.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is a town-building side-game to the previously announced RPG Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes by the creators of Suikoden. Rising The game acts as a prequel of sorts telling the stories of the characters that will eventually become the player’s companions in Hundred Heroes. That said, Rabbit & Bear have continued to state that they are only “exploring the possibility” of a Switch version of Hundred Heroes.
You can check out a trailer for Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising below, along with some additional details via Steam:
Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is a town-building action RPG set in the same world as Eiyuden Chronicle. It weaves together the pre-war tales of various characters who will eventually become your companions in the Eiyuden Chronicle.
The game will introduce a portion of Eiyuden Chronicle‘s cast of characters in an original story with thrilling action and engaging town-building elements.
There might even be some small perks for players that link the game with Eiyuden Chronicles: Hundred Heroes.
