It looks like Nintendo fans can soon expect another obscure (and saucy) piece of gaming history to hit the Nintendo Switch in the future!

Rawrlab Games has announced that a modern remaster of Japanese developer Tatsujin’s erotic arcade platformer Pipi & Bibi’s is in development for Nintendo Switch. Namely, the game will be released as Spy Bros.: Pipi & Bibi’s DX in Q4 2022.

While Spy Bros.: Pipi & Bibi’s DX will feature various game design improvements and extra bonus content, the developers have stated that they are focusing on keeping its “aesthetics and game mechanics faithful to the original video game”.

The original 1990s arcade game was infamous for its “erotic” content which dissuaded many arcades from adding it to their stores back then. At the time of writing, Rawrlab Games has not shared if this new release will retain such mature elements from the original game.
