The father of Final Fantasy, Hironobu Sakaguchi, is a familiar name in the games industry, especially the Japanese one. After spending years on mobile, Sakaguchi is finally turning his eyes back to the console market, and what other better console than the Nintendo Switch.
In an interview with Forbes, Sakaguchi mentioned that the Nintendo Switch being a good fit for Terra Battle 3, which he is now working on. He even praised the Nintendo Switch for being a very good hardware.
“However, I do want to develop games on console again at some point. We’re even working on Terra Battle 3 right now and maybe console will be the right fit for that. Just because we are developing heavily on mobile right now doesn’t mean we have completely left console behind. After all, the Nintendo Switch is a very good piece of hardware.”
Hopefully, we will get to see Terra Battle 3 on the Switch then! You can read the full article from Forbes here.
