Physical boxed sales for FIFA 18’s Nintendo Switch release increased by 494% in the United Kingdom last week.
The reason behind the jump was due to a price cut for the game last week. FIFA 18 Switch now costs GBP30 in the UK, making it the most affordable FIFA 18 game out of all SKUs. The sales boost brought FIFA 18 back to No. 1 on the UK video game sales charts.
However, the Switch version of FIFA 18 hasn’t overtaken the PS4 version in the UK yet, unlike what happened in Japan earlier this year.
