Former Pokemon Art Director James Turner Designed Pokemon Scarlet/Violet’s Tatsugiri And Dondozo
As many Pokemon fans will know, former Pokemon art director James Turner had quite the influence on the series’ Pokemon designs during his tenure at Pokemon development studio Game Freak. While he’s no longer with the company today, Turner has recently shared another tidbit about the recently-released Pokemon Scarlet/Violet.
In particular, Turner revealed that the new Pokemon species Tatsugiri and Dondozo were both designed by him. He shared this along with two adorable new illustrations of Tatsugiri looking like sushi and both Pokemon swimming around:
