Former Retro Studios Employee Says They’re Expecting Nintendo To Shut Down The Studio

Current and former employees of Retro Studios, a second party developer to Nintendo, have left extremely negative reviews on job review website Glassdoor.

One former employee wrote “half the team is expecting Nintendo to shut it down and the other half is hoping Nintendo sees the elephant in the room and changes management”.

Another employee, who has worked at Retro Studios for 5 years and counting, says the company’s management is unwilling to seek help in areas where the company is unequipped, and the management needs to be more accountable.

Both reviews were made in April and May 2018.
