Fortnite Will Not Be Playable On the Next Soulja Boy Console Says Epic Games

Fortnite will not be available for play or download on the next Soulja Boy console according to Epic Games.

Soulja Boy made a claim recently that Fortnite would be playable on his next console.

Incredibly, given everything that has happened with his previous console being taken down, he still wants to influence the video game world.

DualShockers reached out to Epic Games, who reported that playing on a “rooted or jailbroken device” like the next Soulja Console would be impossible.

They also asked Epic Games if this new Soulja Console could even download Fortnite.

Epic Games’ Senior PR Manager Nick Chester stated the following to DualShockers:

“No, you can’t play Fortnite on a rooted or jailbroken device due to anti-cheat measures.”

This news comes to little surprise given that the Soulja Boy Console was using unlicensed games from Nintendo and other companies.
