As many will know, the unfortunate tragedy surrounding George Floyd’s passing has sparked a wave of rage and protests across the US. Various companies like Niantic and The Pokemon Company International have already pledged support for the movement, and now it looks like 2K Games will be helping players to show some virtual solidarity as well.
The publisher has added three free T-shirt designs into NBA 2K20, all of which sport slogans in support of the current ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement. It’s not clear what date they will be available until – but if you’re feeling particularly connected with the movement, at least such cosmetic options are now available.
We’ll report back as the gaming world continues to morph around the situation. Stay tuned.
