A Pokemon fan living in Japan with lots of time in their hands has come up with a crazy piece of fan art featuring Gastly.
Gastly is a Poison/Ghost type Pokemon that is made up of 95% poisonous gas. Here is how Gastly looks like in its natural state:
The genius then decided to replace the poisonous gas surrounding Gastly with the map outlines of every single prefecture in Japan. Surprisingly, Gastly looks good with every prefecture and could very well represent them as an ambassador:
