Previously, we reported that Japan’s Iwate Prefecture would be getting its very own Pokemon Ambassador. While we’ve seen Slowpoke and Chansey enter the limelight in past years, Iwate will be welcoming a hardier Pokemon into its ranks.
Today, The Pokemon finally revealed Geodude as Iwate’s Pokemon ambassador, in the most spectacular fashion ever. Namely, the partnership gets its very own music video that highlights the ‘Let ’s GO! Geodude in Iwate’ event on June 1st, 2019 – along with special collaboration artwork by local artist Yu Ogasawara!
