Previously, we reported that Game Freak’s Giga Wrecker Alt. appeared on a Taiwan ratings board – implying an future launch on Switch. Today, it looks like the game just got extra confirmation of a Japanese release as well.
Game Freak has registered for new trademarks, for both Giga Wrecker and Giga Wrecker Alt. in Japan. Both registrations are for ‘videogame purposes’ – with the accompanying logos included below.
Currently, Game Freak has not made any official announcement about the title or a Switch launch. Let’s hope the developer speaks up during that rumored January 2019 Nintendo Direct!
