Fans of the ever-popular Dragon Ball FighterZ will soon have a new reason to jump back into the competitive fray again!
The latest issue of V-Jump in Japan has revealed that Goku (Ultra Instinct) will be the next DLC fighter heading to the game. The magazine also mentions that we’ll hear more at the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals 2019 – 2020, which will take place from February 8 to 9 in Paris, France.
For those unfamiliar with the Dragon Ball Super anime, ‘Ultra Instinct’ is a new form that gives Goku silver-ish hair and intense speed. As its name implies, the form functioned almost autonomously during the anime – and required Goku to tap into his subconsciousness instead of rage. With this in mind, it’ll be interesting to see if the character has any technical quirks in Dragon Ball FighterZ.
Stay tuned for more information on this new character in the future!
