Good-Night Ribbon Comes to Pokemon Sleep August 2024

Good-Night Ribbon Comes to Pokemon Sleep August 2024

Pokemon has announced that a special ribbon will become available next month in Pokemon Sleep.

It’s been just over a year since this spin-off mobile game for the Pokemon series released to accompany us in our dreams when today we received a video on Pokemon’s official Youtube channel showing a new collectible in the game for your favorite sleeping companion, the Good-Night Ribbon.

A special ribbon for that special Pokémon who’s always by your side, day and night!

Ribbons have been a long lasting staple of the series, debuting in the third generation with Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Since then, players have been able to collect these on their Pokemon as they transfer them to future games.

The Good-Night Ribbon appears to be another one of these ribbons.

However, Pokemon Sleep is not currently a game that can connect to Pokemon Home which is how players currently transfer Pokemon between game on their Nintendo Switch. So it’s unclear if this is an indicator that Pokemon Sleep will be gaining connectivity to Pokemon Home and therefore allowing Pokemon caught there to come to Paldea, Hisui, Sinnoh, and Galar or if this ribbons will only be limited to the mobile app game.

Only time and a good night’s rest will tell as this ribbon becomes available in August.
